Refund policy
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting SOS via email and only when permission is granted. If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.
You must contact SOS by email regarding any exchange / refund / return of product prior to return and within 30 days of original dispatch date.
If you change your mind about the purchase, SOS is happy to exchange unused and unopened products. All additional postage costs will be at the customer’s expense. However, if a product is faulty, SOS will provide a full refund or exchange including all additional delivery costs.
Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
All prices are in selected currency.
Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 24 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will credit the original account of payment.
IMPORTANT: SOS takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You can do this by initiating a return through your account, or by contacting us directly at support@soshydration.co.uk.
Returning your order: Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the original purchase price, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
